It's Been a Long Time

Far too long in fact.
While I haven't been posting, I have been working out.
In fact, I started working with a personal trainer.  It hasn't gone quite as I had expected.  The low carb protein diet, has been near impossible to meet, even with protein shakes.  And I've gained weight (may be do to some other things going on, but still!).  It's also been tiring!  Trying to keep up with it, kickboxing, and running is hard.  I can't blame it all on training, this California summer is killing my runs cause everyone knows the treadmill suck!
Today we did a body analysis (post workout) and as I have done before, here are the numbers:
Age:  31
Height:  5'8"
Weight: 215.4 lbs
Bone Density: 6%
Muscle weight: 114 lbs
Fat Percentage: 40.3%

Yep! That's reality folks.  

So here are the goals:
Age:  stop time
Height: good
Weight: below 200 and eventually at ~160 for a healthy BMI
Bone Density: Good!
Muscle weight: 120, an pretty big increase of 6 metabolism driving lbs
Fat: 25%, a huge jump!

So there we are.
