Just a quick 2 month status report: I did a bit of measuring this morning and have learned a few things.
Kickboxing has been great for my arms, I've lost a whole inch off of them. That is unless I flex and let my bicep go Ba-Bam! (just kidding)
My high waist is whittling down, but I need to make sure whatever abs I'm building under my belly flab are flat because I've gained a whopping 1 1/2 inches on my stomach.
It looks like it moved up from my hips/
My weight is in constant flux, and the biggest determination seems to be how much water I have had in the last day or so. So I'm trying to take weight out of the equation. I get on the scale less and less, and really let my body tell me how it is feeling.
Right now my body is looking forward to lunch and coffee to follow.
